How We Work With Homeowners
We work to answer our phone on your first call to us. But sometimes you catch us in the middle of another call. If you will leave us a message Lindsey will get back to you as soon as possible. On that phone call you just explain your situation. Let us know about your house and what you need or want done with it. We will then set up a time to come see your home and walk you through our agreement. Once we agree on how to move forward and the terms, we will send that agreement to a title company. We will close on your home on the date of YOUR choice. That means if you want to stay in it for 6 months before we buy it, you can! And you will know at the end of it that you have a qualified, buyer. You can rest easy knowing your house is sold exactly when you need it to be. No living out of the inlaws basement or a tiny hotel for a few months because your house sold before you needed it to. And that also eliminates making 2 house payments if it doesn’t sell in time!
